Africa Focus Network connects college students from Africa and alumni and friends of Africa. AFN helps the students establish student associations, and facilitates networking events for students an alumni. AFN hosts Pamoja Sanaa a virtual conference featuring panels covering community, wellness, arts, entrepreneurship and African dance workshops. AFN seeks to inspire students to pursue their creative interests outside of the classroom and build the networks and support systems they need to thrive and to succeed in the next stage of their lives. For former students and friends of Africa, the goal is to build community and strengthen their connection with Africa and with one another as well as their appreciation of African culture and how it can positively impact their wellbeing.
